We have enabled this secure donation page through Pay Pal, the nation's leading secure handler of online credit card transactions. Your donation joins you to the ranks of those preserving wild and native trout!

The Trout Conservancy works year round for wild trout, their habitat and the ecosystems they inhabit. Project by project, reach by reach, stream by stream, watershed by watershed, we're restoring and creating quality trout habitat, repairing  damages (human-caused and natural), preserving trout waters and doing what we can to pass on wild trout to future generations.


You help conserve wild and native trout, chars and other salmonids every time you support our work with a financial gift. A donation of at least $30 gives you a one-year membership, to which you can add an additional donation of $10, $25, $50, $100, $250 or $500 with an easy click of a button (below).  Also, consider making a non-cash donation (such as a vehicle or real estate) or bequeathing us a donation through your estate planning (contact us at 406-544-7430 or at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Your donations are, of course, tax-deductible to the fullest legal extent.

Your donation fuels the Trout Conservancy. With your donation, you’ll get our randomly published e-newsletter, loaded with topical information about wild trout conservation and the Trout Conservancy’s work, with links to our website and other sources of information. You'll also get the satisfaction of going the extra mile for wild trout by affirming your dedication to our mission. When you donate to us, either by mail or through this secure website, we'll send you back a dated receipt for your files. And, don't forget to tell a friend about us!

YEAR END DEDUCTIONS - If your donation is dated before midnight on New Year's Eve, we'll provide you with a deduction you can use against your 2010 taxes!
